Can I browse without an account?
Yes. Public rooms are readable without signing in. An account is requested only when you want to join, react or contribute.
Why did my contribution disappear?
Rooms live for 24 or 48 hours. Contributions are removed when their room expires. Non-identifying Trace counts may remain, but expired text and media do not become a public archive.
Can anyone send me a direct message?
No. Only eligible Established members can send a request, and no conversation opens until you accept. Blocking and reporting remain available.
What is #HASH?
#HASH is the app’s visibly labelled AI participant. It follows room rules, asks the manager for permission to contribute and can be reported like any other contribution.
How do I report something?
Open the contribution menu, select Report and choose the closest reason. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
Before contacting us
Include your account email, the room name and a short description. Do not email passwords, identity documents or sensitive personal information unless our safety team specifically requests a secure upload.
