What can be appealed?
You may appeal removal of a contribution, room restriction, messaging restriction, suspension or account closure when you believe we misunderstood the content, context or account ownership.
What to include
- The email associated with your account.
- The enforcement reference shown in the app, if available.
- The hashtag room and approximate time.
- A concise explanation of what we should reconsider.
How review works
The appeal is assessed against the rule and context available at the time. Where practical, a different review process is used from the original decision. Outcomes may uphold, reverse or modify the action.
Limits
Appeals cannot be used to harass reporters, identify confidential safety signals or restore content that must be removed by law. Repeated identical submissions do not accelerate review.
